As the workers at Planned Parenthood, we are committed to the work we do to care for and service our patients. We work hard to uphold the mission and values of the organization in every task and interaction that we carry out in our day to day work. That’s why we’ve chosen to work here. We want the opportunity to feel we have a voice in our work and in resolving the ongoing challenges we face in providing the best services possible. We also feel it’s important to have compensation and benefits that recognize and value our heartfelt commitment. We are hoping to settle a fair contract during these negotiations, and have been striving to do so in a cooperative and collaborative way. However, we also recognize that it may be necessary for us to take action to achieve this if we are unable to work collaboratively to reach an agreement. We are signing below to show we fully support our Bargaining Team in whatever decision they make on the direction of these negotiations.
