We, the nurses at Providence St. Peter support our night shift HUC’s. Our HUC’s are an essential part of our ancillary team. Our focus is on Direct Patient Care. The RN’s ability to give the safest patient care will be impacted severely if we have to answer phones, great family and other visitors, process new orders, process all admits and discharges, etc. that our HUC’s currently do.
