Su Comité de Negociación de la Unión se reunió con la compañía para negociar de buena fe esta semana. Discutimos varias propuestas, incluyendo más tiempo para presentar agravios, más días de emergencia imprevistas, y tiempo de calentamiento/estiramiento. Desafortunadamente, la empresa no respondió a nuestra propuesta económica que les enviamos la semana pasada. Estamos ansiosos por escuchar la propuesta económica de la compañía para saber cómo nos vamos a movilizar. Nuestra próxima negociación es el 16 y 17 de octubre.

Your Union Bargaining Committee met with the company this week to negotiate in good faith. We discussed several proposals, including more time to file grievances, additional unforeseen emergency days, and warm-up/stretching time. Unfortunately, the company did not respond to our economic proposal that we submitted to them last week. We are eager to hear the company's economic proposal to understand how we will mobilize. Our next negotiation is on October 16 and 17.

We are launching a sticker campaign to raise awareness among everyone in the plant that we have the right to go to the bathroom and that we are all responsible for being mindful of the time we take because we all have the same right.
