Ahead of a series of court cases that will begin at the end of July, UFCW unions (Locals 7, 324, 400, 770 and 3000) who have helped lead the anti-merger efforts against the Kroger and Albertsons proposed mega merger, will provide timely updates, including thoughts on the recent release to the public of the companies’ proposed divested stores list, and an overall briefing for journalists around the nation. Our informational presentation will be followed by a Q and A session for the media.
