Staffing, Safety, & Workplace Concern Report
Safe and effective staffing is important in every department and every job classification in health care. Short staffing in one department can lead to backups in another, or result in workers in one department taking on the jobs of understaffed departments. While the Staffing, Safety, & Workplace Concern Reports do not go directly to our employers, they are still an important way to document staffing issues so our union can address them. Creating a record or showing a pattern over time is an important way to show employers when we need changes.
