Refuse To Abuse® is a partnership between the Seattle Mariners and the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence to promote healthy, respectful relationships. This year’s 5K will be at T-Mobile Park in Seattle on Saturday, July 9th, starting at 9:00 AM.

This year, UFCW 3000 members are bringing a team to the 2022 Refuse to Abuse 5K to raise money for the WSCADV, one of our community partners! Our fundraising goal this year is $500, and individual registration is $45.

While some UFCW 3000 members will participating in the 5K in-person, there is also the option to participate virtually! We encourage you to join the team and participate in whichever way is best for you!
