On Monday, February 2, our Union Bargaining Team representing the pharmacists at St. Joseph Medical Center met with CommonSpirit Management for our eighth session of contract negotiations.
Despite our disappointment, we knew the next step we should take was to get right back to work and provide management with our counters by the end of the day to keep the process moving forward. With the exception of our benefits proposal, which we felt was necessary to await the employer’s complete response-to, prior to working on a counter ourselves.
On Wednesday, November 5, our union bargaining committee representing the Pharmacists at St. Joseph Medical Center met with Management for our third session of contract negotiations.
