Recovery Café Contract (In Negotiations)

On Tuesday, January 20 our union Bargaining Team met with Recovery Cafe Management for another session to discuss our hours of work, wages, health care benefits, and vacation accruals. As in previous sessions we hoped to have received full responses from the employer at the table.
On December 8, our union Bargaining Team met with Recovery Cafe Management for another session to discuss wages and health care.
On November 25, our union Bargaining Team met with Recovery Cafe for another bargaining session. We began our discussion asking questions about Management’s plan to support staff to meet the goals at the SODO location, what happens if the goals are not met, and alternatives to a worksite closure.
