First, some good news. Our team and Fresenius management tentatively agreed to add the PCT III job class to the contract, which we’re hopeful will bring fairer pay and job duty distribution.
Our union bargaining team met again with Fresenius management on Friday to continue contract negotiations. Fresenius did not make any counter proposals to what we proposed last session, but we pushed forward and made proposals on:
