Fresenius Medical Care Contract Ratified!

On December 16, union PCTs at Fresenius Medical Care voted yes to ratify the employer's offer. Our new 2025-2028 contract is now in effect, and a copy of the CBA redline can be found on our contract page here >>
 
The 3% across-the-board wage increase for all members will be effective the second pay period after ratification. We will share when the ratification bonus will be paid as soon as we get confirmation from management.
 
We are already looking ahead to our 2026 Labor Management Committee meetings.
