Lumen Field & Pro Shop Tentative Agreement Reached!
/Our worker-led Bargaining Team is excited to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with Football NW on our first Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and are recommending a YES vote.

This first union contract is an important step toward establishing lasting standards, benefits, and protections for everyone covered by the agreement, including:
Top-of-the-market wage increases that recognize the value of your work
Guaranteed annual wage increases to help ensure continued wage growth

Just Cause protections that provide important workplace rights and protections against unfair discipline or termination
Holiday premiums for eligible work performed on designated holidays
Memorialized free parking as part of the agreement
ORCA card benefits to help with transportation costs are maintained
And much more!
Workers at Football NW must be members in good standing to participate in the contract vote. Make sure you have completed your membership application prior to the vote: ufcw3000.org/new-members
