Our Bargaining Team proposed improvements to our COVID agreement with Summit around:
Paid administrative leave while waiting for COVID test results
Improvements for notification of exposure to COVID
Premium pay for Respiratory Care Unit
Management has been consistently denying our proposals around safety, so we expect them to put up a fight about our health and safety concerns now too.
