Your Bargaining Team met with Management on Wednesday to continue negotiations.

“Management came back to us with a counter to our wage proposal. They are on board with our creative solution to increase wages and make them more competitive. We feel that their proposal is something we can expand on and work with to reach an agreement. Next week, we will continue to focus on wages and reexamine Medical costs.”
