Conifer St. Michael Medical Center Bargaining Update

On June 25, 2024, we held a virtual meeting for the beginnings of our Contract Action Team of Conifer St. Michael Medical Center workers. As a group we discussed:

• High priority items to address in bargaining with the Employer:

  • Healthcare

  • Wages

  • PTO/vacation time

• What to expect of the collective bargaining process.

• How we might achieve our goals through collective action!

Our Bargaining Team of coworkers will be scheduling what is called a contract audit in July. After that, we will invite you all to join our Contract Action Team to discuss detailed potential proposals we will have worked through. This way we can get input from folks on what we may want to propose to improve the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
