Crossroads Trading Company we don’t buy corporate greed

On Thursday July 31, our bargaining team met with Crossroads Management for another negotiation session. Yet again, Crossroads underwhelmed us with their inadequate proposals and arrogant attitudes. Like a broken record, Management told us that our demands don’t make “business sense”. Our team has continued to push for:

  • Fair pay with increases for tenured employees

  • Union orientation time during employee on-boarding

  • Equity with Company Holidays

  • Vacation accrual for part time workers

We know that what’s good for us is good for the business. The fight is far from over! Our proposals are not just fair, they are crucial. We are fighting stagnant wages in a city with ever-rising costs. Our bargaining team is committed to winning a fair contract, and we’re ready to fight back against corporate greed and demand what we deserve!

Contract Action Team meeting
