MultiCare Covington Medical Center RN, Service, Technical, Clinic Contract Ratified!

Following our union contract vote on Tuesday, June 23, we are proud to announce that our new successor Collective Bargaining Agreements were overwhelmingly ratified by a supermajority.

These achievements are a direct result of the strength and unity demonstrated by members across every job classification. The signing of petitions and strike pledges helped push the Employer to make meaningful movement on issues that matter most to our members. We were able to push back the Employer’s attempts to divide and weaken our Union and will need to continue to be engaged and educated.

While there is still work to do, this Agreement represents significant progress and meaningful improvements in wages, working conditions, and job security.

"We have reached the end of this long negotiation with a small step forward for the future." - Luz Martinez

Vote Documents, including draft wage scales, have been added to our union’s website for review until the final copy is ready.
