After months of hard work in negotiations, your Bargaining Team has reached a deal with Conifer and are recommending a “YES” Vote.  

We have secured a contract that includes:

  • Guaranteed wage increases

  • Job protection from unjust terminations

  • A formal process to address workplace issues

  • Double time for work on a Holiday
