When we ratified our contact on November 6, 2024 we won the right to an Experience Audit from the Employer, This agreement is an opportunity for caregivers to have their prior work experience reviewed.
What You Need to Know:
If approved, step/wage rate adjustments will take effect two full pay periods after the review is complete
Your step/wage rate will not decrease as a result of this process
Submit your work history no later than December 6, 2024.
What Happens Next:
You can expect to hear the results of your evaluation by January 6, 2025.
