Summit Pacific Medical Center RNs Contract Ratified!

We are happy to announce that our RN contract was ratified on Monday December 16, 2024.

Highlights of the contract include:

• Wage Increases: 

  • 7.25%  YEAR ONE

  • 3.25%  YEAR TWO

  • 3.00%  YEAR THREE

• Increases to Premiums and Differentials

• Ratification Incentives January and July 2025 

• Staffing Need Incentives

• Education Leave Funds

• PTO Increase for Clinic RNs
