Crossroads Trading Company Contract Vote Scheduled!

Our Union Bargaining Team: Ryker Roberts, Salma Habashi, Jayna Balzer
After months of negotiations, our Crossroads Bargaining Team has reached a recommended tentative agreement with Management. Our contract ratification vote is scheduled for Friday, November 14 from 12pm to 4pm, in-person at the store. The highlights summary and the full tentative agreement with redline changes will be available to review during the vote, and members will have an opportunity to discuss the agreement and ask questions before voting.
Agreement Highlights:
2026 and 2027 wage increases for all positions
New notification prior to changes in weekly scheduled hours
New protection of rights during workplace immigration enforcement
New union representation & union orientation protections
We’ll be holding an all-member meeting to talk about the tentative agreement early next week. Keep an eye out for an email from our union or a text from our Bargaining Team with the meeting date and time!
