OUR BARGAINING TEAM RECOMMENDS A YES VOTE

After months of bargaining and voting down the company's last offer along with a 97% strike authorization, our rock-solid unity has given our committee the strength we needed to get a recommended agreement!

Some of our key highlights in this agreement are market competitive wage increases, secured funding to maintain quality healthcare and keep it affordable, secured our retirement benefits with increases every year, better vacation accrual for new hires, and improvements on bereavement leave. Voting will be online, and the documents and voting instructions will be emailed to all members in good standing at 7pm on August 5. Voting will close at 5pm the next day on August 6. If you do not receive an email with voting instructions, please contact Union Representative Mark Hansen at 509-340-7406 by 3pm on August 6.
