Sea Wolf Bakers Contract Ratified!

Our Bargaining Team is excited to announce that the first Collective Bargaining Agreement for the UFCW 3000-represented workers at Sea Wolf Bakers was ratified yesterday (Tuesday, September 10th) by a majority of those voting! As a team we put in many hours over several months in negotiations to establish our first contract ever, and we want to thank everyone who attended Contract Action Team meetings, supported us, and asked questions throughout the process.

UFCW 3000 members who attend our quarterly membership meetings (for which you will receive notices in the mail) are credited for two-thirds of one month of dues. This is an opportunity to learn about our Union’s finances, get updates on other contract negotiations, and connect with other Union members to become more involved in the work we do as members to fight for working people!
