Our bargaining team recommends a yes vote!
After four long days of bargaining with the Employer and countless hours of preparation, our Bargaining Team reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) that we are excited to bring back to our members!
We entered negotiations fighting for meaningful improvements, and we were prepared to stand firm to achieve them. We heard your concerns, listened to your priorities, and stood united at the bargaining table to fight for the changes our members deserve.
Together, we secured historic changes along with many other important wins to our contract!
Here are just some of the wins:
Wage increases
Increased benefits to part-time workers
Increased preceptor differential
Changes to holiday week absences
Historic changes to leave language
Increased weekend differential
And so much more!
