After months of bargaining, we are happy to announce that contract votes have been scheduled.
Highlights of the contract include:
21.5% in wage increases over four years:
6.5% Effective March, 2026
6.5% Effective October, 2026
3% Effective August, 2027
2.5% Effective October, 2027
3% Effective October, 2028
Additional market adjustments for some positions
Premium and/or Differential increases
Other Contract Gains:
The Pharmacy and Pro Tech Optical contracts will now include National Agreement language that are considered mandatory subjects of bargaining. Language that is considered permissive subjects of bargaining and around partnership will be housed in an addendum
Contract alignment and a common expiration date across all UFCW Locals
AI language to help shape and safeguard the future of healthcare workers
Additional funding for the Ben Hudnall Trust Fund
