MHS Mary Bridge Transfer RNs Online Accretion Vote Scheduled!

Our Union Bargaining Team is recommending a YES vote!

After months of bargaining, we have come to a tentative agreement with the Employer for the Mary Bridge Transfer RN accretion process. Through the agreement, we have placed everyone on the wage scale. The employer will have 30 days to review the placements to make sure they are accurate. If after the employer review there is a discrepancy between what you should be paid based on your experience, employees will have 30 days to dispute it. Additionally, everyone will receive the across-the-board increase that all RNs that are currently under contract will receive mid-August and will be eligible to participate in the next bargain over the contract itself.

Pre-Vote Review Meeting: Thursday, April 30 from 12pm—1pm via Zoom

Online Contract Accretion Vote: May 1, 2026 from 9am—12pm

On May 1 at 9am, eligible members will receive an email that contains their unique log-in and password and a link to the secure election page. Once logged in, members will be able to review the vote materials before casting their ballot.
