MultiCare Tacoma Women’s & Urogynecology Clinic Bargaining Update
/We want to keep you updated on bargaining with MultiCare and an important training opportunity Thursday September 17.
MultiCare continues to propose a wage scale placement process that could result in significant wage cuts for some members. Our Union Bargaining Team remains committed to fighting any proposal that moves workers backward.
While MultiCare has provided some information in response to our Request for Information (RFI) seeking details about wages, wage placement, and compensation practices, at the time of this update, critical information to help us evaluate and respond to MultiCare’s proposals is still missing. MultiCare needs to work with us on an experience audit. We can then bargain over wage scale placement.
We will continue pressing MultiCare for the transparency and information workers deserve.
