Our Union Bargaining Team is excited to announce that after several months we have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract for Nurses!

The tentative agreement includes:

  • Wage increases

  • Ratification Bonus

  • Increased Differentials and Premiums

  • Staffing Need Incentive

  • Increased PTO Accrual for Clinic RNs

  • Updated Staffing Committee Language

  • 30 Day Grievance Filing Timeline

  • New provision regarding Workplace Equity.
