PRMCE Announces Changes to Case Management Schedules
/PRMCE Announces Changes to Case Management Schedules
On July 31, Providence Everett case management leadership announced upcoming changes to the work schedules and FTEs for social workers and RNs working on the A or D wing. PRMCE claims that they need to adjust shifts to 8-hour durations (8am to 4:30pm) and modify FTEs to 1.0, 0.8, and 0.6.
UFCW 3000 is currently investigating their assertion that this is a “restructure” and determining the appropriate legal actions to take. We understand that PRMCE’s planned changes will significantly impact your lives. Your feedback is crucial as we work to mitigate the effects of this transition.
To address concerns and discuss next steps, we will be hosting a meeting on Wednesday, August 7 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm via Zoom.
This meeting will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and share your thoughts. Please share the meeting link with your coworkers, and let’s brainstorm solutions together.
We are committed to supporting you through this process and ensuring that your voices are heard.
