St. Joseph Medical Center Pharmacists Contract Ratified!

CONTRACT RATIFIED!
Following our union contract vote meetings on Monday, June 22, we are proud to announce that our new successor Collective Bargaining Agreement was overwhelmingly ratified.
This contract is a testament to the strength, perseverance, and readiness to take a stand together to always strive for better.
WHATS NEXT?
The Employer and our union will work to finalize the new contract and prepare it for final signatures, after which time the printed contract will be distributed throughout the hospital.
The six percent (6.00%) wage increase will be backdated to June 21- so these rates are likely to appear in our checks within the next two pay periods; ratification bonus will appear on this upcoming paycheck!
IN THE MEANTIME:
Vote documents, including draft wage scales, have been added to our union’s website for review until the final copy is ready!
