Our union Bargaining Team is proud to announce that following 6 months of contract negotiations with Providence- we have reached a recommended tentative agreement!
The time has come to make your voices heard! We encourage all Radiant Care workers to attend our scheduled vote meeting to review the full details of our new tentative agreement, ask questions, and cast your ballot!
During our final bargaining date on August 3, our team focused our collective energy on securing market wages that would raise our pay to be competitive over the duration of our next Agreement to recruit and retain talented staff. While all of the details of our next contract will be available for review once finalized between our union and management, some highlights include:
Market-competitive wages and across-the-board increases throughout the term of our Agreement
An average increase of approximately $7.00/hr across all positions and steps!
Removal of all ghost steps for all classifications
An experience audit and respective wage scale adjustment
