North Valley Hospital - Bargaining Update

Our Bargaining Team kicked off negotiations on September 15.

We began negotiations by presenting the Employer with our complete non-economic and economic proposals, outlining our priorities and the improvements we are seeking on behalf of our members.

The Employer responded with a non-economic counterproposal. While we still have important work ahead of us, we were encouraged by the discussions we had during our first session.

We will return to the bargaining table on September 21, and we look forward to receiving the Employer’s economic counterproposal. We will continue to keep you informed as negotiations move forward.

Our strength at the bargaining table comes from our solidarity and unity. Together, we can make our voices heard.

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
