Evergreen Health Kirkland Tech We’re Ready to Get Back to the Table!

On September 15, a strong group of UFCW 3000 members marched into EvergreenHealth’s Board meeting to make sure their voices were heard.
Members stood together and demanded fair and equitable treatment and pay and made it clear that Evergreen workers deserve a contract that recognizes the work they do every day.
Our bargaining team has also requested new bargaining dates so we can continue negotiations and keep moving toward a fair contract. Unfortunately, management has still not provided us with additional dates to return to the bargaining table.
We are ready to bargain. Our members are ready to bargain. Now management needs to come back to the table.
The action on September 15 showed what happens when members stand together. We will continue pushing for movement at the table and for a contract that respects Evergreen employees and the work they provide to our patients and community.
