Seattle Children’s Hospital Tech - Bargaining Update

On Monday, December 30 our Bargaining Team met for the second time with the Employer to continue discussing important non-economic proposals. It is painstaking and time consuming work to ensure everyone's concerns are being addressed.

The issues we discussed today include:

  • Equitable job posting language

  • Per diem requirements

  • Reducing the probationary period

  • Career ladder advancement

  • Donning and doffing of scrubs

Our next bargaining dates are January 6, 13, and 27. We hope to finish the crucial non-economic proposals and start discussing wages and benefits in the new year.
