MultiCare Health Systems Tentative Agreement Reached!

Friday night, after more than twelve hours of negotiations, our union Bargaining Team has come to a fully recommended tentative agreement with MultiCare for a strong new contract. We began the day with the understanding that our collective power and perseverance would culminate in a win for a strong new agreement for our co-workers. Our union Bargaining Team is fully recommending a YES vote on the contract offer.
Some of the highlights of the contract offer include:
Competitive wage increases for all represented job classifications, for the duration of our 3-year of our contracts!
Significant increases to premiums and differentials.
Ratification Bonus & Longevity Bonuses for our co-workers at the top of the wage scale.
As a result of our months of solidarity, hard work, and action we will no longer need to hold an Unfair Labor Practice Strike Authorization vote. Our Bargaining Team members are eager to provide coworkers with more information about what’s in the contract offer and answer any questions our co-workers have at the contract votes on July 17 and 18.
