Phoenix Games Tentative Agreement Reached! Contract vote scheduled

After months of negotiations, we have reached a fully recommended tentative agreement with Phoenix Games. We have a vote date set for September 13, 2024 at Phoenix Games from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

Securing a first contract is a great success, especially in the retail industry and we couldn’t have done it without all of us standing together. Some of the improvements made in this first contract include:

  • NEW: Vacation Days

  • NEW: Transparency about the company’s finances in our Labor Management Committee

  • NEW: Secured a grievance procedure to provide job security and just cause

  • Guaranteed wage increases

  • Guaranteed healthcare stipend for those that request it

  • And More!

Our bargaining team recommends a YES vote!

Members in good standing are encouraged to attend the vote meeting during the vote window to cast their ballot.
