ACME Farms + Kitchen Contract Vote Scheduled!

In March this year our Bargaining Team (Joshlyn Susanen, Warehouse Lead) met with ACME Farms + Kitchen and bargained the terms of our first successor contract to the now-expired first contract. After two days of negotiations our team reached what we believed was a formal Tentative Agreement. However, Management requested more time to have legal counsel review the agreement. After a delay of a few months waiting for confirmation, we are now happy to announce we do in fact have a Tentative Agreement.

The next step in this process is to hold a vote of the membership at ACME Farms + Kitchen. We will be on site on Tuesday, July 29 with copies of the Fully Recommended Settlement Agreement and will be able to discuss the terms with members.

We will also have copies of Union applications for employees who perhaps have not signed up so that they may participate in the vote. Our bargaining team recommends a YES vote!
