Contract Vote Scheduled
After months of pushing back on takeaways and fighting for a fair contract, our bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with Have a Heart and fully recommends a yes vote. We’ll be holding a contract ratification vote on Wednesday July 30, in-person at each store.
Our key wins include some of the highest guaranteed annual cost of living raises in any of our Cannabis contracts, more PTO after 6 years of service, better bereavement leave, a wage equity review within 6 months, and protection for our benefits.
We encourage every eligible member to attend the vote, read the highlights summary and the new contract language, ask questions, and make your voice heard. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote.
