MultiCare Mary Bridge RNs Bargaining cancelled - collective action scheduled

Following negotiations with MultiCare at our previous bargaining session on December 15, our Mary Bridge RN Bargaining Team was looking forward to getting back to the table on January 7 to continue our work on achieving a 2025 successor union contract. Unfortunately, Tuesday session was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
We did not let the sudden schedule change deter us however, instead we decided that now is the time to call for all RNs at Mary Bridge to STAND TOGETHER and use our collective power to win a strong contract.
We entered into these negotiations with the hopes of getting this bargain done quickly so we could enjoy the benefits, raises, and more as early as possible; but it appears that after several months of meeting with the Employer, our efforts at the table will need support from our union siblings to push us past the finish line.
If MultiCare doesn’t see our value, then we will make sure they see OUR SOLIDARITY!
