/Nurses at CHI Harrison Medical Center found out they were only getting paid straight time for their missed breaks, instead of what should have been overtime required by their union contract. The Nurses and their union took the case all the way to Federal arbitration. They won an estimated $200,000 to the Nurses who reported missed breaks during the time frame arbitrated. By standing up for their rights in their contract, all Nurses at Harrison will be compensated fairly for missed breaks.
