Proposed Change to Uniforms and Equipment-Non-Skid Shoe Reimbursement to a Captive Shoe Program
Twin City Foods has proposed changes to Article 14, Section 2 (“Uniforms and Equipment – Non-Skid Shoe Reimbursement”). The proposed change would replace the current reimbursement model where employees purchase their own approved shoes and submit receipts. With the proposed Captive Shoe Program, the company offers a selection of approved shoes provided directly to employees.
After reviewing the MOU, we are putting it up for a vote by the membership. We will be holding a vote to allow all eligible members have the opportunity to vote on the proposed changes.
Full Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) will be available at the vote. UFCW 3000 members in good standing are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and vote.

Cambio Propuesto al Artículo de Uniformes y Equipos – Reembolso de Zapatos Antideslizantes a un Programa de Zapatos Cautivos
Twin City Foods ha propuesto cambios al Artículo 14, Sección 2 (“Uniformes y Equipos – Reembolso de Zapatos Antideslizantes”) de su contrato. El cambio propuesto reemplazaría el modelo actual de reembolso, en el que los empleados compran sus propios zapatos aprobados y presentan recibos, con el Programa de Zapatos Cautivos, la empresa ofrece una selección de zapatos aprobados que se proporcionan directamente a los empleados.
Después de revisar el MOU (Acuerdo de Entendimiento), hemos programado una votación para asegurar que todos los miembros elegibles tengan la oportunidad de votar si aprueban o no los cambios propuestos.
El Memorando de Acuerdo (MOA) y detalles estarán disponibles en la votación. Recomendamos que todos los miembros de la Unión asistan, hagan preguntas, y voten.
