Tentative agreement reached!

On Friday, January 12, our Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement with First Hill Trust on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. The new three-year contract (once ratified by a vote of our three UFCW 3000 members) will maintain the high-quality healthcare and retirement benefits we have won in previous contract cycles. It will also provide 2% raises to two of our members retroactive to January 1 of this year.

ONLINE VOTE

Given that this is a very small bargaining unit, we will hold the contract ratification vote online.
