Twin City Foods Contract Ratified! ¡CONTRATO RATIFICADO!

CONTRACT RATIFIED!

We are happy to announce that the recommended tentative agreement, reached by our union bargaining committee, has been approved by an overwhelming majority of members!

The new contract, effective immediately brings:

  • Base rate of $18.50 and yearly across the board wage increases

  • Increase in shift differential

  • Maintained the health insurance at a 90/10 cost share

  • Increased vacation accruals and quicker access to vacation hours

  • Eliminated the pay differences in cross work

  • Increase to the shoe reimbursement

  • And many more improvements!

¡Nos alegra anunciar que el acuerdo tentativo recomendado, alcanzado por nuestro comité de negociación de la Unión, ha sido aprobado por una mayoría de miembros!

El nuevo contrato, que entra de inmediato, establece:

  • Salario minimo de $18.50 y aumentos salariales anuales para todos

  • Aumento en el diferencial de turno

  • Se mantiene el porcentage del costo del seguro medico

  • Accesso a vaccaciones y dias de enfermedad en cuanto acumuladas

  • Eliminar la diferencia en pago cuando uno trabaja en otro trabajo

  • Aumento en el reembolso de zapatos

  • ¡Y muchas más!
