NorthWest Administrators and Computer Operators Upcoming Bargaining to Address Increased Health care Contribution Rates

Effective January 1, 2025, the per hour contribution rate required by the Sound Health and Wellness Trust will increase to $5.80 per hour.  As this is higher than the current contribution rate outlined in the Union Contract, the change will require us to bargain with Management over how the excess cost will be paid for.
 
UFCW 3000 will be meeting with NWA on Monday, 12/22 to negotiate with the goal of minimizing any impact to union members. More information will be available soon.
