On Thursday, September 18, following highly attended vote meetings at Providence St. Peter Hospital, we are proud to announce that we have overwhelmingly ratified our 2025 union contract!
What’s Next?
Finalizing the Contract: Our union and Providence will now work to finalize and sign the new agreement. Once complete, printed copies will be distributed throughout the hospital.
Access in the Meantime: Redlined versions of the full agreement- including updated contract language and new wages- will be uploaded to our union’s website so everyone can review & enforce our new contract right away.
Wage Increases: Our new wages go into effect on September 21!
Experience Audits: Look out for a notification from Providence (which will come to your work email!) that the LPN/Case Management RN/Palliative Care RN experience audits are published- this will be within forty-five (45) days from September 18th (at the latest, November 2). Once published, you’ll have thirty (30) days to fill out & return the form
