Trios RN Update on union grievance over missing wage & salary increases

On January 28, 2026 we became aware that Trios had incorrectly implemented the contractual salary schedule advancements that should have occurred the first full pay period following January 1, 2026.

Our Union Stewards confirmed that not only were there errors, many RNs did not receive the wage increase at all. This is unacceptable, and is a violation of the contract.

We immediately filed a grievance demanding that RNs receive their wage increases in accordance with the contract, and requesting a full accounting of wage increases and salary advances for all RNs since August of 2025. We are currently awaiting the Hospital’s response so that we can proceed with the Step 1 grievance meeting.
