On Wednesday October 21, 2026, St. Michael Medical Center Pro-Tech and Clinical Support members voted overwhelmingly to ratify our new collective bargaining agreement!
This agreement comes after more than six months of bargaining, an informational picket, federal mediation, a strike pledge campaign, and a strike authorization vote that showed CommonSpirit members were ready to fight for a better contract.
By standing together, we won stronger across the board wage increases, significant market adjustments, increased Employer funding for healthcare, a new short notice call incentive, ratification bonuses, improved workplace safety language, and additional improvements throughout the contract.
Thank you to every member who attended meetings, showed up to actions, asked questions, voted, and supported the Bargaining Team throughout this fight.
