Yesterday, by a vast majority, the new contract was ratified.

After a unique journey, we can look back and realize that our persistence and hard work in getting all techs together have paid off. Now we have a full union contract in place that provides job protection and ensures our benefits for the next three years. We will see structural increases, and through the wage scale movement, some of us will see at least 16% hourly rate increases in the next three years. We now have one of the highest-paid professions in our craft.
