Olympic Medical Center Pro Tech - Bargaining Update - Contract Ratified!

On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Union members voted overwhelmingly to approve the tentative agreement reached by our Bargaining Team.

  • Highlights of the new contract include:

  • 9% wage increase over three years.

  • Ratification bonus.

  • Eight hours will be added to vacation bank in November 2026.

  • Eight hours will be added to vacation bank in May 2027.
