Zenith - Tentative Agreement Reached
/After many months of negotiations, and bargaining into the night last week, we reached a tentative agreement that addresses many of the issues brought forward by the membership. We secured significant wage increases and retro pay, we preserved our vacation and sick time, and we also won training language.
Voting will be by mail-in ballot! We will mail you the voting materials to the address we have on file. Ballots must be returned by Friday May 15, 2020 in order to be counted. In order to make sure your ballot makes it to the right place, please confirm your address or update it through the link provided.
We will send out information soon with more details of the changes in your new contract and how the voting process works. A link to a copy of the full legal document with all changes to the contract will be provided.
We will be holding two drop-in online vote meetings to answer any question about the tentative agreement. Details for joining will be mailed out with the vote instructions.
“My belief is that this is the best contract Zenith and Local 21 have had in the last 22 years.”
Sue Wehmeyer
