Zenith America Solutions Contract Vote Scheduled!

Our Union Bargaining Team is proud to announce we will be holding our vote to ratify our Tentatively Agreed upon new collective bargaining agreement! Improvements include:
- Significant improvements to the existing wage scale, including elimination of lesser rates for those hired after 1996.
- Continued raises for those who may make above the minimum wage scale requirements in the contract.
- Preservation of quality affordable healthcare, with contractual guarantees to raise the ceiling of what the Employer will pay if the cost of the plan increases.
- An additional vacation day for those with twenty or more years of service.
Our Union Representative Jack Crow will be on-site prior to vote on Friday, June 21 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Rainier Board room to discuss the changes prior to the vote. For those working remotely or otherwise unable to attend in person, there will be an additional meeting held via Zoom on Saturday, June 22 at 2:00 PM.
